Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Department Description
- This department is responsible for the Cost of Poor Quality, New Product Introduction quality, and Customer Facing relationship as they apply to the Supply Chain for all Networks & Enterprise products. The team is matrixed to the Supply Chain Quality and the Networks & Enterprise Supply Chain organizations.
Job Description
- Proactively lead the assurance of the company¡¯s supply chain quality performance to the customer by identifying, tracking, and ensuring resolution of all the Supply Chain quality issues related to Networks & Enterprise AsiaPAC Repair Management Centers (ARMC)
- Ensure and manage TL9000 compliance for N&E ARMC andTianjinRepairCenter
- Manage Quality Operating Systems for N&E RMC andTianjinRepairCenterincluding development of quality strategy, performing internal process audits, performing CQA product audits, management of Material Review Board, and reporting of repair center performance
- Manage document control for global N&E Repair Management Centers
- Ensure data integrity & reporting for global N&E warranty systems
- Ensure AsiaPAC 3rd Party repair centers comply with N&E RMC quality requirements and processes
- Develop presentations for ARMC quality management system and metrics performance
- Lead/participate in opportunities to leverage RMC & supply chain synergies and economies of scale across the company.
- Team with all RMC and other business functions to ensure that the organization is aligned with ¡°one company¡± approach to issues and solutions
- Benchmark business processes against best-in-class and drive implementation of best practices
- Actively participate in black belt or green belt projects

Job Requirements
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in engineering or mathematics preferred
- 5+ years experience in operations, quality, or engineering
- Understands quality metrics: ERI, YRR, Bounce, etc.
- Understands internal & external business environment, practices, and trends in quality management
- Strong understanding of effective quality systems and methodologies
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and champions innovative ideas
- Able to make decisions of high complexity that impact schedules/delivery of product
- Utilizes resourcefulness/negotiation to effectively leverage and focus needed resources across organizational and geographic boundaries
- Experienced in implementing significant operational improvements quickly across complex organizations
- Able to autonomously make decisions to drive the business needs
- Demonstrates responsiveness and promptness in dealing with business needs
- Able to develop and deliver high quality, professional presentations to senior leaders
