Responsibilities

-           Overall management, direction, coordination and control of manufacturing operations including Production, Process, IE Engineering and Equipment Maintenance within Corporate and Divisional goals and objectives.

-           Schedules and coordinates production activities to meet the goal of quality, delivery, flexibility and effectiveness;

-           Optimizing production process and utilization of human resources, machines and equipments, ensure all runs smoothly and efficiently;

-           Achieves optimum employee levels with the least amount of headcount and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.

-           Directs and coordinates various programs essential to manufacturing procedures, such as LEAN Manufacturing, 6 Sigma and so on;

-           Prepare, Reviews and analyzes production, maintenance and related operational reports to determine nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems, following up with corrective action plans;

-           Be responsible for the training, development, and performance evaluations of functional employees, with corrective action taken as necessary on a timely basis, in accordance with Company policies.

-           Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of Sales, Purchasing, HR, QA and Finance.

Requirements

-           Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or related discipline;

-           Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing environment, and no less than 5 years in an General Manager role, preferably in the U.S. or Europe multinational manufactory with more than 600 employee-size;

-           Sound knowledge on production processes, operating workflow, quality cycles, management principles, IE engineering, equipment maintenance, production planning, Purchasing etc;

-           Demonstrated skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures;

-           Familiar with ERP system;

-           Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively supervise, motivate and lead people;

-           Good command of English in both speaking and writing

-           Result orientation and pressure holder.
