Job Descriptions：

 • Pursue Lean Manufacture, team work with relevant departments to value & improve manufacturing techniques, layout, equipment reliability etc, therefore high quality & efficiency, and cost down can be sustained

• Supervising & guiding the production processing, make sure smooth production

• Be responsible production department budgeting and control production cost, decrease scrap rate

• Conduct reviews and generate reports to management regularly on manufacturing activities, performance and results

• Determine proper staffing and skill levels for the operations through HR dept

• Confirm and implement production plan together with planning function

• Take responsibility for quality control within the production process, coordinate related teams to solve problems (if any)

• Be responsible for Health & Safety and environmental issues in the production department to meet company and local government requirements

Job Requirements：

 • Technical qualification, university education or above, technician training or otherwise acquired expertise in the field of mechanical, electrical and / or process engineering

• Intensive experience, at least 8 years working experience in manufacturing field and 3 years in organizing and leading a modern production, new factory start up experience is desired

• Intensive knowledge of ERP, MRP, quality management System (ISO 9000) to effectively manage a highly efficient operation

• Strong management abilities, excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills

• Fluent in English communication (written & verbal) and Good Command of Computer skills
