Job Requirements：

• Be the Sub project manager of People & Culture for new Vestas factory projects inChina

• Be counterpart to the mother factory to get all the information regarding People & Cultre issue in the new factory project.

• Establish the organization together with factory manager and Master project manager

• Establish recruitment, training plan for the new factory organization

• Hire in the employee according to the recruitment plan to meet the whole project schedule

• Implement and coordinate the training plan for new factory employee

• Drive the P&C organization to fulfill the recruitment and training plan for new project, recruiter, T&D

• Timely report the milestone of the project

• May involve in other People & Cultre project, like Vestas School etc.

Job Requirements：

 • Bachelor degree and above

• Excellent English both in written and oral

• More than 5 years Experience in Human resource funciton, experience in manufacturer is a plus, experience leading one or more function in HR

• Be familar with all functions in human resource managment

• Work proactive, structured and in system way

• Good communication and coordination skill

• Ability to drive the organization to fulfill the tasks

• Experience with projects, new factory setup, factory expand is preferred
