Job Descriptions：

·   Coordinate with sales and marketing on domestic sales order confirmation and shipment.

·   Coordinate with Customer Service team inGermany/ SKS to make sure customer orders are fulfilled.

·   Cooperate with production planning to make sure sales orders are planned properly.

·   Cooperate with IM&EX and Warehouse to make sure compressors to be shipped on time.

·   Handling with customers’ complaints and take follow-up actions.

·   Returning goods handling in SAP.

·   Co-operate with Finance for sales report, overdue issues, etc.

·   Maintain data in SAP and test/ functionality to fulfil business demand.

·   Monthly account reconciliation with finance department.

·   Complete other assignments from supervisor and manager on time.

·   Confidentiality Agreement. All of customer information is the confidential, and you have the responsibility for customers all of information.  

·    Inventory- FG stock meet target value.

·    Make invoice on time
