To lead a group Trainers of the Education & Training Department, plan and organize all training materials and tools (multi-media) including e-learning platform for Distributors and oversee and coordinate Distributors¡¯ Training activities of Regional Offices.
Job Requirement
1.1 Education and Training Management
1.2 Conduct and ute special education training program for distributors; Organize and implement training program high-tier distributor in focal countries;
1.3 In charge of ion, training and deployment for distributor trainers, as well as the ing and managing external trainers;
1.4 Continuously explore and develop market, timely nurture and indoctrinate the new training system and product info in focal regions and countries.
1.5 Curriculum Design and Development
1.6 Devise and develop the training curriculums and multimedia training courses for hierarchical distributors;
1.7 Management and promotion of Training Materials
1.8 Develop, plan, edit, produce and promulgate training materials and curriculums for the distributors based on the factual situation in the region;
1.9 Administer FOP pricing estimate and the ERP code of training materials and supplementary consuming goods;
1.10 Large Conference Management
1.11 Plan, organize and ute regional large-scale conference;
1.12 Team Build
1.13 Build up team and organization infrastructure; be responsible for employees cultivation and growth; performance management.
