Responsibilities

1)        Set up supplier control documents;

2)        Establish inspection plans for raw material, outsourcing parts and products and set up notes;

3)        Handling quality issues of outsourcing parts and site, give suggestion on corrective actions and follow up;

4)        Participating in PPAP AND APQP relating to supplier quality management;

5)        Implements other duties arranged by Dept. Manager.

Requirements:

1)        B.A. or above in mechanical or electricity engineering field;

2)        At least 5 years work experience, including two years or above supplier quality control experience;

3)        Be familiar with the requirements of ISO/TS16949 or QS9000 quality system;

4)        Be good at providing training to related personnel at site or classroom

5)        Also good IT skills at outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word

6)        Knowing lean production is preferred

7)        Being familiar with the production process in mechanical field is preferred

8)        Can travel on business frequently

9)        Be able to read and write in English
