Job Requirements：

Communicate with customer to understand their needs and built good relationship with customer.

Manage start-up of complex tasks from customers: to establish an overview of the request via dialogue with the customer; to identify the primary focus of the task; to prepare potential solution paths and sketch the implementation process.

Plan, implement and manage tasks from customers, including co-ordination with testing lab, international experts and suppliers, and to maintain ongoing customer dialogue or reporting as required in order meeting customer requirements.

Prepare Report of analysis, process and result, which is comprehensive and clearly comprehensible for the customer. To submit report to the customer containing clear interpretations and conclusions, tailored to the nature of the task

Communicate and share professional knowledge with customers via information meetings and written documentation, indentify the new business opportunities.

Develop your professional and personal competencies to meet the needs of customer, and identify new technologies, processes and applications.

Qualifications

Education Background

-Bachelor degree or above in the area of material, mechanical engineering

-Good command of written and spoken in English

Working Experience

-With at least three years experience in the function of testing or R &D, Design, or

Production Process or quality control, and in the field of material and process.

-Familiar with Knowledge in the material field of Cast Iron, Steel, Brass or

Polymer.

-With the knowledge of material structure analysis and metallographic.

-With the knowledge of machining process and heat treatment process.

-With the testing experience in mechanical properties.

-With the knowledge of Metrology.
