Job Requirements：

1.Checking and assisting to set up costing data in QAD and make sure the system costing transactions and information is accurate;

2.Support finance on the QAD costing module maintenance;

3.Make sure the costing monthly close is timely and efficient ; good margin analysis for monthly closing;

4.Make sure the perpetual inventory report is correct and reconciled with QAD;

5.Analyze and provide relevant costing information to support business growth;

6.Truing-up the scrap inventory and report scrap information on daily base;

7.Prepare regular reports for costing, inventory based on reporting schedule and costing budget and forecast;

8.Compare the actual with budget and project continuously cost down;

9.Other jobs assigned by Finance Manager;

Requirements

1.Bachelor equivalent majoring in Finance/Business

2. At least 4-5 years working experience focusing on costing in the foreign invested company

3.Good knowledge with costing;

4.Good experience with ERP system, QAD preferred; ERP costing 5.module implementation experience is preferred;

6..Down-to-earth practice with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint for reporting purpose;

7.Fluent verbal and written English;

8. Good teamwork spirit and good working attitude;
