Job Requirements：

     Lead team to focus on total productive maintenance and overall equipment efficiency, deliver the low maintenance and facility cost and high productivity result to achieve company goal matrix.

     Defines machinery maintenance plans and assures the full realization of them according to the production plans;

     Preventive maintenance for equipment & whole plant facilities

     Responsible for emergency equipment trouble shooting to keep the line uptime, continuously improve equipment stability.

    Maintenance all site buildings and infrastructures within the facility including power supply, water supply/drainage, air compressors, ventilation system, heating/cooling system and fire protection system, etc.

     Management of technical projects relating to machinery and buildings

     Coordinate special equipment maintenance with external resource, such as maintenance of cranes, forklifts and boiler.

     Manage factory cleaning and security by coordinating housekeeping/security vendor

     Supervision of facility technicians, electricians and Maintenance Supervisor and develop their competencies

Requirements

     Bachelor degree in electrical major or mechanical major

     Minimums 5 years working experience of  facility and office management

     Strong leadership and coaching skills

     Excellent communication skills

     Problem solving and decision making skills

     Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

     Proficient computer skills at Microsoft office

     Good organizational and team oriented skills.
