Job Requirements：

The purpose of this role is to lead the team to:

• Provides both strategic & professional advice to the site general manager on the full range of Safety, Health & Environment initiatives for north China region.

• Linked to the China HSE Manager, in order to receive strategic & tactical direction, & be expected to network with the other HSE professionals in  China sites.

• Monitor the Safety, Health & Environment performance as well as fire prevention for the company, to ensure they are aligned on all of strategic Safety Health & Environment initiatives, in order that continuous improvement in Safety Health & Environment Performance is achieved

• Ensure that the HSE Management systems & practices comply with policies & procedures

At least 5 years HSE professionals’ role experience in multinational company;

Chair of HSE subcommittee

Knowledge & experience in the application of the BlueScope Steel OHS&E Systems

Qualifications required

Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or others,

Formal qualifications in OHS&E
