职位描述:
1) Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
2) Minimum 10 years human resources management and administration experience gained from large multinational corporations, 5 years of which at managerial level
3) Familiar with the policy and regulations of labor or HR inChina;
4) Practical experience in HR strategic management, organizing structure and design, performance of evaluation, analysis, compensation system, recruitment, training and company culture development, etc.
5) With all-round view; strong ability in organization, collaboration and communication; strong responsibility and devotion, team work spirit.
6) Excellent in establishing social relation and public affairs; well knowledge of HR and can bearing high pressure.
7) Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills and able to work well with people at all levels independently
8) High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
