Mission

- Design process to ensure the manufacturing operated smoothly.

- Do capacity analysis to support the investment in annual operation planning.

- Optimize the process to distribute to the cost reduction.

Strategic Objectives

- Process cost reduction:

 By optimizing the process

 By eliminating the non value added time

 By products transfer successfully

 By optimizing the investment

- Output

 Process layout

 Fixture and method sheet

 Project plan

 Capacity analysis

 Cost reduction sheet

- Metrics

 Process cost reduction (with Six Sigma projects)

 Capacity analysis (CPk calculation)

 Process improvement (Lean)

 Method sheet design (P-FMEA)

Job Requirements：

 Requirements:　

- Related knowledge of mechanical design and electrical & pneumatic control

- Basic financial knowledge

- Team work focussed

- Dynamic and passionate

- Highly creative and process improvement focussed

- Effective English communication skills

- Engineering Bachelor degree or above

- Automotive business experience is a plus

- Familiar with Lean technology

- Experience of leading some projects
