岗位职责:
1. Compensation & Benefits / Welfare
• Develop job grade and salary scale
• Prepare yearly Manpower Budget and Costing
• Improve and ensure staff benefits and compensation
are competitive.
2. Recruitment & Selection
• Ensure any manpower requisition/ vacancy is
closed by the date required.
• Shortlist Candidate
• Work permit and employment pass application
and renewal
3. Training & Development
• Conduct Training Demand Analysis
• Source and organize training programs that
match with training needs
• Update and maintain the training database
4. Performance Appraisal
• Oversee the appraisal exercise
5. Employment Law
• Collaborate, strategize, and drive consensus
with management and outside legal counsel on employment related legal matters.
6. Formulate and perfect the company rules and
regulations management, assist managers to implement it.
7. According to company development, organize to
formulate and perfect documents of HR & Admin.
8. Other HR/ Admin Functions
• Maintain the Employee Handbook
• Prepare monthly HR/ Admin Highlight Report
• Take the lead in implement HR Policy &
Procedures
• Office Administration.
Qualification:
• College or above degree.
• Work as HR in the foreign investment company
factory enterprise for more than 5 years, be supervisor more than 3 years.
• Detailed knowledge of Chinese employment law,
human resource practices and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and sensitive to
business and organization changes
• Excellent English verbal and written
communications.
• Ability to work independently.
• A strong team player with good working
attitude.
