A wholly-owned subsidiary of aUSApublic-listed manufacturing group is looking for the following self-driven and high integrity individuals to join their fast growing team inCentral China.
General Manager(Changsha,China)
Responsibilities:
Improve current management systems and develop the capabilities of production, quality control, client relationship, etc.
Make the periodical forecast such as operational budget, cost control plan etc.
Improve quality control to identify and correct quality problems in Company before the goods are shipped to clients.
Coordinate activities across departments to ensure company plan targets are met.
Make every endeavor to save cost in daily operations work.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including quality control, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, HR, and administration. The plant finance controller operationally reports to the incumbent.
Requirements:
Bachelor‘s degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. MBA may be preferable.
Experienced manager, with proven experience in general operational management position.
More than 5 years same position experience in JV or WFOE.
Experience in the mechanical field is a plus.
Self-motivated and pro-active, with excellent strategic skills in a large-scaled company.
Leadership ability, management expertise, and excellent negotiation/communication skills.
Be conscious to improve the communication skill among Corporate, Regional and Plant.
Profound experience in expanding an organization.
Fluent in spoken and written English. And be knowledgeable on Business Loss and Profits.
Has experience in valve manufacturing industries or water technologies related is preferable but not necessary.
Healthy and energetic.
Willing to get involved in details of business and control actions.
Flexible and can work with cultural differences.
The resident inHunanorHubeiis preferred.
