Job Descriptions：
General
·Maintain the Production Quality
System and associated Organization Approvals (EASA Part 21) during a period of
production ramp up while integrating new incomers and processes at the same
time.
·Contribute to the creation of an
independent Quality Assurance function within the Production Organization, which
will ensure Final Assembly Line remain
compliant with internal and external requirements (customer and Aviation
Authorities).
Main Responsibilities
·Ensure all regulatory requirements
(EASA part 21) are implemented in the Production Quality System.
·Implement obligatory qualification
and training standards, particularly for certifying staff.
·Define and implement a harmonized
audit system in Manufacturing Unit.
·Assure the efficiency of the
manufacturing audit system and corrective actions, producing a management
syntheses report for both internal and Aviation Authority use.
·Develop and maintain the procedural
documentation system specific to FAL Manufacturing Organization.
·Authorize the publication of
procedures as required by the Production Quality System and associated
approvals
·Determine
through a system of audits and reviews if all applicable elements of the
Production Quality System and associated approvals (EASA part 21-G ) are
addressed and complied with, and initiates corrective actions as necessary.
·Take the lead
in all contacts with the Aviation Authorities on behalf of the Manufacturing
Organization, e.g. reporting, reviews, audits, audits and requests for
information.
·Oversee the
independence and adequacy of the Quality System within the Manufacturing
Organization.
·Represent
Production Quality in front of the Functional Quality Organization when
establishing policy and strategy for quality documentation, tools, methods,
training and audit.
·Direct the
implementation of Airbus Quality Policy and Strategy in the Manufacturing
Organization.
·Represent
Airbus POA working groups.
·Select, lead,
motivate and promote Quality System and Internal Audit staff.
Job Requirements：
Requirements
·5 years
(preferably in an international company)
·College
degree (da zuan) in industrial engineer and/or business & administration
with focus: Airworthiness regulation and Quality management
·Knowledge and
understanding of principles, practices, methods, tools, and materials used in
the industry quality management.
·Industry
safety practices and procedures.
·Knowledge of
industrial technical process
