职位描述:


Responsibilities

1. To be the utive of business administration, and to be responsible for the business result of whole her/his responsible area, with the guide of GM, sales & service of the company.

-           Build up the teamwork spirit in her/his staff, set up the business goal and personnel improving goal for them, encourage her/his staff to work hard and briskly.

-           Motivate or punish her/his staff when they behave well or bad.

-           Help sales engineer in case of necessary to achieve the best business result.

-           To be a coach of her/his sales engineer, transfer the technical know how and sales skill to them.

-           Prepare sales budget and sales forecast for the region.

-           Be responsible for reaching sales target set for the region.

-           Closely monitor and control sales & marketing expense.

-           Lead and maximize customer satisfaction.

-           Collecting AR

 

2. Take care of the business from important OEM/EU customer and Key Project directly in her/his area.

-           Identify new potential accounts by all available methods and call on key personnel at these accounts to develop new business using effective sales techniques.

-           Organize End user/OEM visit programs to ensure that a satisfactory number of effective calls are made regularly, on a pre-arranged schedule, which utilizes time effectively and covers all existing accounts/potential accounts in the territories.

-           Important OEMs and End user accounts are visited by the sales engineers more frequently with specific attentions to optimization of services.

-           Ensure all quotations, inquiries and leads are followed up promptly. All leads generated by advertising and shows after qualifications by sales forces are to be followed up to obtain new business.

-           Maintain required customer records and assist to customer database on an regular basis to substantially increase the number of customers on the mailing list.

-           Keep informed on company products and their applications.

-           Report competitors‘ activities to GM, sales and services of the company.

-           Also report customer comments on service and product quality.

 

3. Collect the market information, look for the new application, and cooperate with other department to take appropriate action to create new business field.

 

 

Qualifications

 

1. Bachelor Degree or above, Major in Engineering or Science.

2. More than 3 years sales experience

3. Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills

4. Excellent written and verbal English skill

5. Strong teamwork and customer orientation spirit.

6. Highly self-motivated and self- disciplinary
